The first pix are my trip to Farmington NM. then To Albq NM. I was just drivin around looking for Motor and the rushing Spring water and Wolf Pass just needed the Nikon to go to work . And then the drive to Albq. NM is just great the start of the Grand Canyon . and then at Colorado Springs the Clouds and the sun Set ! the get out the cracked block and thanks to AMS our local Machine shop fro getting to work at 5:30 am so we could have it fro only to find a rod and pin fit to tight so Darren from AMS back to work sat. morning. rods back the BGR at BGA . A bare block at noon Sat. Fired the motor at 4:30 pm loaded the pavement sprinter at the CNS at 6pm and the rain came . and then the Supper Mods. A main no laps Bryan Gossel in the BGR Special run some laps pulled the Sprinter in We didn't get to tune the Timing.
Sun Back to the shop to finish the new Mod Coupe to race in Chyne Wy. and the rest of the story is started last and finished second !with a GM 604 out of the box !
